After listening answer the following in the comment box. 1- How can you focus on the 75% you may have versus the 25% you don’t? 2- What is the bathtub test, what does it mean and how does it relate to A.C.E.? 3- List 3 things you do well. 4- Where does confidence come from (3 P’s and 1 P/C)?

1.I can focus on the 75% that i have, if i first realize that i cannot be perfect all at once. However, i can take what i know and perfect it practice to practice. I must take the time in practice seriously, and be disciplined. 2.The bathtub test is when you fill a tub up with two inches of water and put your foot on the surface. If you can stand on the surface your expected to be perfect. If your feet touch the porcelain, so what, your peak performance depends on your attitude and how you deal with your adversity. Acting Changes Everything(A.C.E.) incorporates with this. If you just aren't having very good at-bats, fake it till you make it. Eventually you will find your groove. 3. I stay positive most of the time. I don't do anything to myself that i think would hurt the team. I get good grades. 4. Confidence comes from perspiration/preparation, just doing the work, putting the money in the bank. It also comes from quality practice with intensity, coming to practice with a purpose. Compliments and acknowledgment are a major source also.

    1. I gotta realize I'm not perfect and work to get that 25%, but in a game i have to forget about the pink elephant. 2. You fill a bath tub with water and if you can stand on top of the water you're expected to be perfect. ACE works with this because even though you know you're not perfect you can have your championship perspective and do your best. 3.School, my footwork's getting better, i'm coachable. 4. Perspiration and preparation, purpose, prior expericence, Compliments.

Hello Coach 1-You gotta play with what you have so thats what you need to focus on. So think about what you have and not what you want. 2-If you can't do something SO WHAT! Fake it til you make cause acting changes everything. You need to tell yourself you can and your chances are higher and by having a good attitude your opponiets don't know you have a week spot. 3-Good Attitude, Baseball smarts, and i look great!! 4-Perspiration and preparation, purpose, prior expericence, Compliments. THANKS SNOOP!!!!

1-Have to focus on what i can do and not what i cant. Make the best of my strenghts and dont try to be something i am not just be a master of my own mechanics. 2-Acting changes every thing so if you dont stand on the water when you step in the tub freeze that water and make others belive you are perfect because they aint gonna see the ice they'll just see you and then you will start to belive you can and you'll become better 3-school, listen good and put it to use, and i flush away mistakes and move on one pitch at a time. 4-Perspiration, preperation, pupose, and expiriences you have had where you did good these are all great confidence builders. also other people complimenting you are boosters making you perform better.

Focus on what you can do and not what you can't do. You got to remain focused on the things that are happening at the moment not what's going to happen after the game. 2- You fill a bath tub with water and if you can stand on top of the water you're expected to be perfect. ACE works with this because even though you know you're not perfect you can have your championship perspective and do your best. 3- I don't and never will show my frustration on the field, if im frustrated and need to get something off my chest, i go out of the dugout and let it out there, i won't put my teammates down by my actions. I compliment and bring my teammates up, if someone does something good i tell them nice play and give them a five, ifthey do something bad i go over i tell them not to worry about it and they'll get it next time. I don't let a bad play slow down my game, i tell myself t forget about it and to get the next one, i forget about what happened and focus on the next one. 4- Perspiration and preparation, purpose, prior expericence, Compliments.

1.focus on the things you can control. dont focus on whats gonna happen later. focus on what you can not what you cant. 2. acting is pretty much everything in the game. fake it til you make it. tell yourself you can do it and you will have a better chance at succeeding. 3. school, heads up in baseball, keeping my team up, not tearing them down. trying to keep a good attitude in everyone even if we are down. 4.perspiration and preparation, purpose, prior experience, compliments. THANKS SNOOPY DIZZLE. ;)

1)you can't be perfect all of the time try to understand that you can improve in small steps and it does not always have to be all at once. 2) we're not perfect 3)jump,I have a good arm, I am a good shot at ducks. 4)perspiration and preparation, purpose, prior experience, compliments, practice (intense).

1 I can by looking at my streaghts and not my weakness. 2 You fill a bath tub full 2 inches of water and if you can stand on water your perfect. It means that everyones not perfect. 3. I am fast for my size, I have a pretty good arm, I can connect with the ball well. It comes from remebering times that you did a good job in the games after having a bad week of practice.

1- I can think about what i do well and use that to motivate me so i don't think about the 25% i don't have. 2- The bath tub test is when you fill your bathtub with two inches of water and if you can stand on it without touching porceline then your expected to be perfect. until that happens use ACE acting changes everything don't get discourage be ready for adversity It's about how you react. 3-I prepare well, I can get on base a lot, I have a good arm. 4- perspiration, prepartion, purpose, prior experience, and compliments.
